Problem:

Design a map for Cisco that shows where all the booths and tables will be set up. 

 

Solution: 

After gaining knowledge on what the client wanted included on the map, I helped design the map in Adobe Illustrator. The map includes the outside and inside on separate Artboard pages. Each map has a color coded legend that makes it easier for the user to distinguish symbols on the map. Along with the tables and booths, I was also sure to include where parking was located on the outside map and where the bathrooms were on the inside map. Each map makes it easier for the audience to find certain booths that they are interested in.
